Birthdays are meant to be happy right? Mine was. Partially.

Everything was fine.. until I got home my dad always calls me fat and it's really getting to me and when I ask him about work he doesn't help me at all.. neither does my mom..

But calling me fat is really destroying my self confidence.
And when I feel sad it makes me want to eat because that's the only thing I can control.

I went to a pychiatrist on Monday. Though it feels like I've just gone to the vet; to help something I love, yet something I can function and drift through life without. Yes, people, what I'm talking about is happiness. Sure, everyone can eat, sleep and work without being happy. So why so I feel this deep longing for it at the bottom of my heart that is so strong like I'm craving for cigarrettes?
